To obtain the ingredients, you will have to purchase the Icicle Boxes from the Shop for 5C & 10D each and use it to obtain the different boxes which contains different ingredients. They will be random. 

Vial of Gold Dust can only be obtained from the events that will be held throughout the month.

Use the Snowman Crafting Table to access your crafting menu.
