Hi, I'm Luq! I'll be giving a summary on my experience with HabboBites thus far, so sit back relax and have a good read.

After stepping down from my position in HabboBites recently due to real life commitments, I felt a number of things and realised things I might not have taken notice of before. Hence, the reason for this article. I think it may (it will) come off as cliche, cringy, and you may think, 'all these over an online pixel game?'.

Trust me when I say this is my 100% genuine thoughts and feelings.

Before HabboBites, I was a regular Survivor host. If you don't know what that is, it's basically Big Brother. Sounds familiar now? Well, there was this dude named perfectjoke, I mean prefectloke, and I met him through that game. When he joined HabboBites as an Event Organiser, he suggested that I sign up too and apply for a position in the Events Department. So you know, I was like "wow great another fansite..." (if you didn't catch that, it was meant to be sarcastic).

But I went to check the site out anyways.

Just so I don't waste time, let's fast forward to the day I met Concussions while she was hosting her iconic melting carpets. Believe it or not, Concussions is a female in real life (her name is Jas) and my first thought of her?

I thought she was a female dog. Yes, she had that vibe. Eventually, I realised she's actually really nice.

After days of thinking and looking at the HabboBites community, I decided to apply for a position in the Events Department. I was accepted by this dude named Funkyherbs (aka Funkyhabbo), the big boss, the mastermind, the genius of HabboBites. At first, I thought he was a donkey (I can't use the alternative word here unfortunately), but that impression changed soon enough...

Another fast forward, I came to a point where I was hosting more than 4 events per week for HabboBites because of how much I actually enjoyed it and how much I enjoyed being part of HabboBites. I've seen so many people come and go, but the ones who stayed were the ones who really saw HabboBites as something unique and different.

There were many memorable moments, from the regular joking and teasing, to the big HabboBites Carnival event, to the late night movie watching, to leaving Jung and I to die on Left 4 Dead.

Well, essentially what I want to say is, now you've got all these fansites saying they're new, different and the best on Habbo. What do I say to that?

To me, the best fansite is a fansite that is inclusive of it's community, where there are no politics or any form of popularity contest involved, with that.. HabboBites, without a doubt, is the best fansite out there. And now that my 'sky' chats are no longer being spammed, I realised how much I actually enjoyed my time here on HabboBites.

I'd like to give a shoutout to a few people whom I've met and made me not regret joining HabboBites.

Jason, Jas, Jung, Jaeho, Shaun, Bray, Morgs, Josh, Ry, Nimjah, Kei, Seth, Poly, Bryan, Guitar, Silver, Leslee, and to everyone else who have supported HabboBites.

Before I end this, let me just backtrack to the part where I said Jas was nice. Let me take that back. Here's some #exposed screenshots of Jas harrassing me on rabb.it.
