Hello HabboBites!

Quick question for you, how much do you know about rares? I'll offer a quick insight into the more in-depth side of Habbo.

How is it that the original furniture, apart from a select few, such as dragon lamp prices falling whereas the newer, more obtainable furniture prices are somehow increasing? For example, an item i'm very fond of the 'Habbo Cola Machine' price going back to mid 2016 was averaged at about 71C, and keep in mind this item isn't being released anymore by Habbo coming back to now (Mid January) is averaged at 50C.

An explanation that could give us more depth to this issue is since the betting ban they put in place back in 2014 the prices of rares overall have staggered, this being because the rares are now seen as a decoration rather than a sense of status amongst the gambling community. Older rares are being outshone by newer, more appealing rares such as the "Azure Dragon Lamp" averaging at 274C and this has become a problem as the history of Habbo is being so-to-speak erased, items that were once valued have turned cheap and thus undesirable and new items have become widespread. The community is and always will be changing, inviting new trends and fashions however as we do this we're unknowingly throwing away the past.

"Rare" nowadays would be the term I'd use to show how much I see the old rares in people's rooms, with the introduction of room bundles, the need of actually being creative has been overruled leading to more lazy room developers and the lack of rares. To summarise, while new rares are being released the older rares are becoming obsolete and worthless.

Thank you,
