I just noticed the new Instagram logo on my phone. I seriously thought it was another app until I took a closer look!

So what are your views on their new logo? I personally prefer the old one, or maybe I'm just not used to the new one yet!

im so lame and such an outsider to society i dont use instagram but i still prefer the old logo

I think it's fantastic! It's something new and out of the ordinary :)

I saw this all over Twitter today and I didn't want to update the app because it's ugly but it automatically updated.. ugh. I wish they never changed it or changed it to something prettier.

I used to love Instagram, I mean I like it.. it's colorful but don't really use it much anymore.

The old icon was much more complex and it was more well-done and this just looks like something created out of a 13 year-old teen.

God it looks so odd. Thank god i don't have it updated since i have a really old phone LOL.

The new logo is literally a mess. The colours are disgusting.

Honestly, not a fan of the new logo mainly because it looks so generic now. It looks like every other asian photo editing app out there. Don't see why they felt the need to change the logo as it was so recognisable before. I  don't really  care either way - prefer the old icon but don't mind the new change.
