Do you make your bed in the morning? 25 Oct 2016 8:36 AM
When you first wake up, after brushing your teeth and getting ready do you make your bed and can you say that you do it to the extent that you can get in it at night and just relax?

I do my bed at night just before I go to sleep as I know I'm probably gonna be sitting on the bed for some duration of the day, therefore, I don't really see the point in tidying it if I'm gonna mess it up by sitting on it.

At night I don't make it perfect I just make it comfy!

HELL NO.

When I wake up in the morning, the last thing I want to do is make my bed.

I don't really see much of a point anyways, I'm just gonna make it messy again.

Depends if my mom yells at me or not, cause I often have just thrown the covers up and consider it 'made'.

Yes, always. It's just one of those chores I had to do growing up that turned into a habit. Even if its just for my own personal benefit, I like being able to walk into the room and see the bed nicely made. Also, my mom always remind me by saying this quote: "If you make your bed every morning, you will have accomplished the first task of the day. It will give you a small sense of pride, and it will encourage you to do another task, and another, and another. And by the end of the day that one task completed will have turned into many tasks completed."
