do you keep a to-do list and stick through it?
for myself, i only start a list that i know i have to (and will be able to) complete during the day. the list is just a way for me to not forget what are the things i should do and prioritise.

definitely not, i can't keep by list or schedules. I love being free and free is my middle name.
The only list I have is a reminder list and that allows me to keep track of stuff I have to do, other than that I'm on my own!
