Reply: What phone do you use?
Slightly off-topic, but I'm using a Sony phone, and most of their phones show a notification when mobile data is disabled. This notification cannot be disabled, so if there are other brands you might want to choose them over Sony. The UI design also seems half-assed and inconsistent with Google's Material Design. I'm not sure about newer phones though.
