Reply: Sad or happy songs
It honestly depends on my mood to be honest, I'm quite a happy and chilled person though, so I mostly listen to upbeat or positive-lyrical songs, or chilled deep house tunes. I do have my sad moments, like missing my friends or someone I love has passed away, etc, and I'll just listen to sad music.

basically what rach said, alltho i love listening to lyrics in songs, whether sad or happy, so i guess it just depends how well its written
