How do you find Win 8 for a gaming PC?

there arent much differences but win8.1 runs awesome and gaming is pretty smooth as compared to win7

however i still wouldnt recommend 8.1 as its too difficult to use and takes some time to figure

Ah I use Windows 10 atm, at the start of win 10 release the memory leak was a huge issue but it got fixed and now i prefer that to win 7. Is Windows 8 meant for touch screen pc's? I don't even know if they ever kicked off cus I never see any for sale xD

the design of win8 is definitely meant for touchscreens from the look of it

Yeah I definitely would as you're getting it for free if you have the upgrade option! You can always rollback if you want to as it gives you the option :)

I have Windows 10 - Will vouch for it! Once you get used to the different start menu and option panels (such as Control Panel etc) then it's really not bad to use.
