Objective: 
Calling out to all pixel artist (wannabes) on Habbobites! This is your chance to win yourself Habbobites exclusive, as well as Habbo credits. 

Create usable pixel art with the specified dimensions below using your creativity. 


Prizes:
The co-founders and myself will be identifying 2 Habbobites users that submits the best usable pixel arts. 

1st place - 50 bite points + 20 habbo credits + 1-month Bites Club subscription + Artist forum icon (if applicable) 
2nd place - 25 bite points + 10 habbo credits + Artist forum icon (if applicable)

* If a username/forum icon created is decided to be used, the creator, whether part of the top 2 or not, will be getting it for free! 


Rules: 
1. The following are the type of pixel art you can do and the dimensions for your creations -

Username icon 15x15 - 18x18 pixels
Forum icon 110x25 pixels
Profile banner 1900x320 pixels
Any other relevant images on HabboBites

2. All submissions must be original and not stolen from the internet (including other fansites). 

3. You must submit AT LEAST THREE pixel art in your entry. 

4. Upload your pixel art to any image uploading websites (tinypic, imgur etc) and send the links to me via the conversation tool. Alternatively, you can click here to submit your entry. 

5. If you are submitting a profile banner, preferably make the left side a solid colour. Click here for an example of my own profile banner creation. 

6. GIFs are not accepted in this competition. 

7. Judging criteria are as follow - Number of pixel art created, usability of pixel arts, quality of pixel arts and creativity of pixel arts. 


Conclusion:
Anyone and everyone will be able to partake in this event. I used PAINT.NET desktop application to make the forum icons and the profile banner. It's totally free and easy to use! 

If you're new to pixel art, why not start now and learn something new. I promise its not that hard (, the smaller the pixel art, chances are its easier as well). Looking forward to see your submissions! 

Three Simple Guidelines
Give this a read whether your goal is to win the competition, or even to create something Habbobites might use! 


1. Make it Habbo-ish 
Chances are Habbobites will use username icons/profile banners/forum icons which are habbo-oriented. Make them look like what Habbo themselves would design! Head on over to the Bites Shop to see what kind of pixel art styles Habbobites is generally using. 


2. Getting your resources
There are a few place where you can get habbo images from and edit them to make them your own.

Remember, you HAVE to edit the images before sending it in. Alternatively, you can make your own pixel art from scratch!


3. Send in as many as possible
Effective from now, you have 8 more days to submit your entries! The more you submit, the better are the chances that we will use at least one of your creations!

Also, you don't have to submit them all at once. Feel free to submit your entries to me in batches.
