ok is the gold party hat a rare then? im gonna wear it if they release the fish hat again
Pretty sure it's considered a rare since you had to unbox it, plus the boxes were all 25c+25d. So i'm pretty sure those wont get released, but Fish hats probs will come out again and i CAN'T WAIT FOR THAT.

Yup its a rare, I tweeted Habbo a few months ago asking if they could rerealse fish hats and party hats and they said party hats weren't being released again but they said nothing about the fish hat

I got the gold party hat when it first came out I bought 2 party hat boxes for about 40c per was lucky
and someone gifted me the fish hat free so I wouldn't really go mad if they did release it again but it would suck for those who spent so much on it. The price is just too much for a silly hat though...
