Spicy Tolerance Level: Nando's
Whenever I dine at Nando's, I don't dare to venture on trying any of the sauces Hot and above. I have very low tolerance to spice so I'd usually stick with Mild and at times the Wild Herb to give my dish a little sweet flavour.
What is your spicy tolerance level?

I normally go for the hot!! I find going to the extra hot ruins the taste a bit, and personally hot is the best mix of spice, keeping that nice Nando's flavor!

most of the time i'll go for medium, i'd get hot depending on how risky im feelin.. last time i went they had a pomegranate sauce which was soooo gooooood

I try and go for hot! Once I got extra hot and I probably drank my weight in drinks haha

I've never been but I love really spicy, so I am sure extra hot would be fine. Family makes fun of me sometimes with the hot sauce I put on everything, "do you just drink the stuff" not quite??? spicier the better!!!!!!!!!!

Never actually been to Nando's but I'm quite good with spice so I think I could take hot quite comfortably.
