What accessories should I pair with this dress?

Also how should I do my hair for the night? I've got really long hair but I'm willing to cut it, etc!

Why only just cut it when you can shave it? It's a lot easier. Wear high tops with high coloured socks with aviators and maybe even a bandanna. How to be fab 101.

I reckon some nice bangle bracelets and maybe a couple of rings, you don't want a necklace because it's high neck and that will take away the emphasis of the neckline from the dress.
