Only walk when there is no steam as shown below and get to the sword rack use it to teleport.

Step 4

Avoid the moving statues, flick the switches to rotate the one way gate and to open the final gate.

Enter the teleport shown below.

Step 5

Walk on all the 3 colour tiles and avoid the moving artefacts.

Once all the tiles are green stand on the arrow tiles and say.
