Everyone has a different type of handwriting that is unique to themselves. This day was established back in 1977 in order to promote the use of pens, pencils and writing paper.

Fun Fact: The day was chosen in correlation to John Hancock being the first to sign America’s Declaration of Independence.

This is the day to celebrate the beloved Pie! It is a day for everyone to bake or cook their favorite pies and most importantly, share them!

There are so many types of pies from pot pies to apple pie and everything inbetween.

The first pies date all the way back to 9500 B.C. during the New Stone Age!
