If you have already noticed, Habbobites have been changing ever so slightly for the past month and I'm here to recap with you guys what's been going on and things to look out for in the month of September! 

Genuinely hoping you guys are prepared for what we have in store for you! 

1. Homepage Changes

With your feedback and genuine interest in helping Habbobites look better, we have made slight changes to the Habbobites' homepage so that it is both functional and more aesthetically pleasing.

Notable changes would include the addition of the advertisement slider to promote events and other site activities, integration of the radio and events schedule, shifting polls and duckie to the left section of the site and a unique website background where the image is not a repeated pattern. 

You can see the changes yourself when you look at the old Habbobites' homepage model, shown on the right, with our new homepage! 

2. Habbobites Creations

The Creations feature is the result after months of planning, where initial planning started way back in early 2016. It's release involved countless time invested by our very own Funkyhabbo coding the feature and selected staff members who were testing it to ensure a smooth release. 

With the flexibility of Creations, you are able to upload different kind of personal creations such as your own rooms, real life Habbo-related drawing and even pixel art! If you haven't already, do sign up and check out Creations here. 

3. UPCOMING: September Site Competition

Be prepared for the Story of Hubert. Who is Hubert? What is his story? 

It is expected that 70 Habbo Credits, or even more, will be given out during this 3-week September site competition alone. Starting from 9th September, you Habbobites users will be able to partake in special competitions and events to win yourself Habbo Credits and tons of Habbobites goodies such as bite points, achievements and so on! 

4. UPCOMING: Dual Username Colours

You might have notices that the Bites Shop hasn't introduced any username colours since the dawn of time. We are planning to change just that. 

Within the next few upcoming weeks, you will see more dual-username colours appearing in the Bites Shop and the Bites Club Shop. You might want to start saving those bite points! 

On the right, you can see we are testing out the Pink-Purple username colour. Let us know in the comments section what other colours you would like to see! 

5. UPCOMING: Room of the Week

With Creations, we are now better able to utilize the feature for room-based competitions. Within the next few weeks, we will be releasing ROTW themes and ROTW-specific rules to challenge your ability in room designing. 

This is an added way to earn those precious bite points and maybe even walk away with in-game Habbo goodies! 

6. UPCOMING: User and Staff of the Month

It is important here at Habbobites that we recognise and acknowledge outstanding members of the community. Just by coming down to our events, one can already identify active staff and non-staff members who have been deserving of such recognition from the higher management. 

It is never too late for you to sign up and join our close-knitted community where if you ever get picked for staff or user of the month, you will walk away with in-game Habbo and Habbobites incentives!
