Hi guys! Welcome back to my Korea Blog, Part II!
Let's continue our trip:Above: Songaksan Mountain (on Jeju Island). Jeju Island in Decemer was about 12°C. There was a really beautiful view while we hiked up the side of the mountain, although it was challenging since we were wearing thick coats (and were sweating and shivering at the same time). Also, the shops below sold many tangerine-related desserts and drinks!

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention what I had for breakfast. As pictured above, you can see what I ate from the Jeju Oriental Hotel's breakfast buffet. Since it was early in the morning, I didn't eat much... Overall, it tasted quite average for a hotel breakfast, but I would give it 5 stars for the variety of cuisine served (which includes Korean, Chinese, Indian and Malay). There were plenty of seats as well! We had an hour of time to eat before venturing off to the next destination.

After the hiking excursion, we went to O'Sulloc Green Tea Museam. O'Sulloc is well known for their green tea products, which ranges from desserts to cosmetics. All of the desserts there are made with 100% organic materials without any added preservatives. The line up to get in was definitely very long!

We ordered some of their most popular treats: green tea icecream, some green tea iced lattes and cake that was filled with ice cream. As we expected, it was very very good!
Shortly after dessert, we went to this restaurant for lunch. Many side dishes were served and we even had some BBQ Jeju black pork. Their black pork was very tender and juicy. I recommend wrapping the meat with lettuce and adding some kimchi for even more mind blowing flavours!
Jeju is renowned for their winter Tangerines. Yet we were not allowed to pick them or else there is a fine of 10 000 won per tangerine picked. Don't worry there is still the chance to purchase some tangerine goodies, you can still purchase them in the shop nearby!
Really sweet tangerines!

Unfortunately, I can't quite remember the exact name of this place.. But this was the location of the filming of the popular drama, Da Chang Jing, back then. The local guides showed us the little straw cottages they used in the past and they look exactly what you see in the historical Korean dramas!
We also went to Hello Kitty World. If you are a fan of Hello Kitty, this is a paradise for you. If not, this is just plain boring. Hello Kitty World is full of interesting Hello Kitty merchandise, including dolls, overpriced Hello Kitty treats and holograms.Introducing Jeju's Glass Museum, with an entire exhibition made from glass! They have many interesting glass decorations there. By following the path, you are able to discover all the awesome creations made. In addition to this, I strongly recommend taking advantage of the opportunity take many amazing pictures here!
This is probably the highlight of the day for me, we ended our day with seafood dinner. We were served with a variety of seafood, including salmon, live abalone, cold soba noodles, etc.
Above is the place we went for seafood dinner! The staff were very friendly. Oh! And we were served with a complimentary cake for Christmas, while another batch of the same tour was with us (Asiana Airlines; we took Korean Airlines). After dinner, we strolled around the neighbourhood which was just a 7 minute walk away from the hotel. It was full of shops at night. Since it was winter, everything sold there were jackets and long-sleeved shirts. The prices were very affordable. And yeah, I bought some clothes (ahah). We went back to our hotel afterwards to get ready for day 4.

Quite a long article right (aha)? Stay tuned for Korea Part III, I'll start introducing some theme parks in Yongin Everland, and soon, the highlight of this entire trip, the Ski and Snow!
