At Pepper Lunch, you are your own masterchef, it is a DIY fast service concept where you decide how well your meat or food to be done! Pepper Lunch was originated from Japan and is known for their "Fast-Steak" restaurant franchise. And it had already open over 36 of their outlet spread across our island! They not only open restaurants but they also have their "express" restaurant found in foodcourts / heart land malls. And this is their menu:

So how do you start cooking? Well they have already came out with a step by step video on how to go about cooking your meat, or you can cook it through your own unique ways! For me, i just mixed up everything with their special garlic and sweet sauce :P 

The main attraction of their food products will be the hissing sound of the rice being cooked as your hot plate as being prepared and served to the table. (As well as the smoke that comes a long with it)
