Why you should definitely NOT procrastinate!

Posted on 19 May 2017

Hello everyone! My name is Galaxy, Rainbowgalaxy_ on Habbo. Now, the reason why 'procrastination' is the topic of my first topic is due to the fact that many of us in Singapore are struggling to keep up with both play time and academics. Besides, with the tons of school work and school-related activities being thrown at you, you may be thinking, 'why am I going through such process?' or 'may I just have my own play time and complete my homework later on because I am just too lazy to start on it?'

Well, the answer to that is definitely 'NO!'

1. You will definitely panic on when and how you are to complete your task when the deadline draws near.
2. Your memory works harder and you may not be able to come up with a solution in order for you to finish your assignments!
3. Procrastination definitely takes more time as you would remove some natural brain functions from the process.

In fact, studies have shown that chronic procrastination may make people more vulnerable to serious health conditions, like cardiovascular disease and hypertension.

Well, you wouldn't want to end your life in this way aren't you, right?

1. DO some time-management
2. Keep a planner and jot down the thing you are you complete day by day in order to make each day fulfilling
3.  Face your fear by taking on the hardest task you have to complete for the day. (The more you fear about the task, the harder you have to think on completing the task, as stated just now!)

With regards to the solutions I have provided, I personally like #2 because this is what I do everyday and this keeps me going everyday! Furthermore, I'm glad that I have been able to prevent myself from procrastinating or else what else would have happened to me?

So, this is the end of my first blog post and stay tuned for more because this is just part of LIFE.

Will I win?

Omg I panic everyday even if there's nothing. I have a planner that I use in school but never see at home and then I see it in school and panic more.
