The love in her eyes, Was hate in disguise, I told you the truth, You filled me with lies, I gave you my heart, You gave me your mind, I’d pour out my blood, But you’d drink it like wine. . . Now you’re living so free, And i’m doing time, In a prism or a prison, And you’re love was the crime, At first you were sweet, But you squeezed out the limes, Tossed me a ladder. . . And pushed me down as I climbed! Colours


red. the colour of your lips, your kiss, your touch. the colour of your dress as it shone in the moonlight. the colour of the three words you whispered, your fingers trailing along my skin. orange. the fire you ignited inside of my soul. the feeling of your skin, touching my own. as the stars in the sky watched over us. yellow. the sun shining in our eyes, as we danced in the flowers, only they weren't half as beautiful as you were. green. the colour of my mind, as you kissed someone new. the vines that grew between us, hurting me every time i came close to you. blue. the endless days of crying, the bruises you left after each argument, speckling my skin like the night sky. purple. the realisation that maybe, it wasn't meant to be, that all the broken promises, arguments, crying, were for my own good. black. the colour of your tongue when you said that you no longer loved me. the colour of my once colourful world, crashing down on me....

Here are some steps to help!Social contact is nature’s antidote to stress. Talking face to face with a good listener can help to quickly calm your nervous system and relieve stress. For example, talking to your best friend. You may not have them at the same job, but you can take steps to be more sociable with your coworkers. When you take a break, for example, instead of immediately going on your phone, try engaging in conversation. When stress is mounting at work, try to take a quick break and move away from the stressful situation. Take a stroll outside the workplace, if possible. Physical movement ....
