As our amazing and talented General Manager, Jas, is stepping down from her position, it is my honour to continue our weekly updates here at HabboBites! We wish her the best in all of her future endeavours as she will remain in a special place in all of our hearts. However, we will also be taking the opportunity to celebrate Jas and all of her contributions to the fansite. Education Corner

The mass population growth which has occurred in the last two centuries, or so, has been permitted by major human technological advancements since the Industrial Revolution, which happened in the mid-18th century. Human inventions, such as the variety of motor-powered machines, like the stream train, the steam boat, and eventually the automobile, have permitted the global expansion and evolution to the state of humanity we are now. As most members here seem to find this concerning, at the same time this can be percieved as something amazing as humanity must always adapt and invent to new solutions for survival on our planet. This is truly interesting how we have developed and are always developing new techniques and approaches, both good and bad, to sustain the environment and support humans, thus enabling this increase in population!

Witch's Spell Book

This lovely competition created by Audemars tasked you with finding the correct path Michael took to destroy the dark spell book and avoid the witch's wrath.

A total of 51 members entered this competition, however only 23 members answered the correct path taken, which was through the Village Pond. All those who correctly guessed this path received the site achievement.

Congratulations to michaela6702 on winning the 30c + 30bp, Alexys on winning the 20c + 20bp, and Kyliee on winning the 10c + 10bp.

Mother's Day 2017

For the upcoming celebration, you are tasked with creating any sort of art piece and posting it to the HabboBites feed with the hashtag #MothersDayComp, before May 14th! You still have plenty of time to enter, so get to it!

There is also a lovely site icon to win, designed by Xenid, which is not worth missing out on!

Medal Madness

As of the beginning of this month, the event winner with the most wins and secondmost wins here at HabboBites will be winning exclusive site icons which are designed by lovely Felidae. There is a catch, however, both gold and silver winners will only keep these site icons for a month unless they are able to successfully maintain their title again. All members who win at least 3 events will receive the bronze medal, which will not dissappear unlike the other two.

Furthermore, the Gold Medalist will receive a 20c prize as well!

Bitesvision: May 2017

We heard your pleas and are bringing back the Bitesvision singing competition for its third season!

It will be hosted on May 28th (time TBA), and hosted by our amazing Radio Management team, myself and Morgs. If you can sing like you are the next Beyoncé, or even think you sound like a dying hyeena, send in your song covers to enter yourself for a chance to win 100c! Our exclusive event is not worth missing and is enjoyable for all members of the HabboBites community.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2

Peter Quill, Gamora, Drax, Rocket, and Groot are back in the second installment of this space-butt kicking and planetary-system saving extraterrestrial superhero team. Continuing forth from the first movie, we are given the opportunity to learn more about Peter Quill's background and the secret abilities he posesses. A plethora of new characters are introduced and many possible storylines are teased or foreshadowed. Jas definitely recommends this movie and she clearly deosn't have bad taste. If you are into action, romance, humour, aliens, or anything Marvel, this is for sure the watch for you!
