'Roasted Garlic Potatoes' Recipe

Posted on 2 June 2017

INGREDIENTS:

- 5 or so large potatoes, sliced
- 4 tablespoons of olive or vegetable oil
- 4 teaspoons of garlic powder
- 4 teaspoons of oregano or basil
- 2 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt to taste

PREPARATION:

- Preheat your oven to 200˚C (400˚F).
- Cover the lining of a baking tray with foil (it saves the washing up, hopefully!).
- Place your sliced potato pieces into a large bowl and drizzle oil all over them. Ensure that they are all coated with oil by tossing the mix.
- In another (small) bowl, add in the garlic powder, oregano or basil, paprika and salt, and mix them up well together with a fork.
- Place this seasoning mix into the bowl of potato slices, and then toss again to make sure they are all covered.
- Pour out the finished seasoned potato slices into the foiled baking tray and spread out the potatoes as evenly as you can.
- Put this into the oven and time the potato slices for an hour.

(If you want to, halfway through the cooking time, move around/turn over the potato slices)

Yesss guys! Give this a try! n_n
And PrinceHooligan, the only cooking you'd need to do is setting your oven to 200˚C (400˚F) and timing it for an hour on your phone alarm!
